We have the power, the choice to heal. We may need help along the way, but we have it within ourselves to heal the trauma, repair the damage, and rebuild our resilience.
In the end, it’s our sole responsibility to do what we can to take control of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. No one else can do it for us.
